Am steadily improving the taste of the coffee comming out of my Minore3. However am unsure about the temperature settings. The machine came without an instruction manual. Have had to increase temp to 96 degrees to tame the acid/sour taste in the coffee. That is the temp on the pid display. Does anyone know how closely this temp is to brew temp at the gouphead.
The temp display cycles through a 4 degree range with each heating cycle. Is this normal? The fluctuation seems a bit excessive for something as sensitive as coffee extraction. Can this range be reduced by changing settings in the pid?
Does anyone have an english version of the instruction manual for the pid?
The coffee I use comes from a local coffee shop where I also drink the occasional coffee and am using this comparison to my efforts. They make Good coffee.
Thanks
Tony
