looks like I am scooping a dip when removing coffee before tamping
Please explain... Having issues trying to visualise what your saying...
Like using a curved dosing tool AM.
Trying to "level" with a finger but scooping out grinds below the basket top instead.

Glad to hear you got it sorted. The guys at di bella are great.
I have always found the Guys and Girls at Di Bella to be pleasant and if they can not help ASAP, will find some one who can..

    Re: New Isomac Tea question

Update to this for those interested.....I took to Dibella see the guys there who are extremely helpful and went through everything - did the checks and balances all good. The dip in the puk seems to be welling - change my rounded edge tamp for a spanky newsharp one for better results. As for pump pressure - in my haste to make great coffee looks like I am scooping a dip when removing coffee before tamping - so therefore no pressure build up resulting in dodgy coffee and me questioning whats happening.

So all good back home for more plays and fun an more info to improve my technique thanks Shane (DiBella).

    New Isomac Tea question

Got my isomac which looks great pulled a few shots but noticed the puck has a little dip on the right side every time I pull a shot.  I checked the screen all looks good.  Nothing obvious - loaded up the handle, tamped all looks great but always right side little dent almost like a finger press.  Grinder was fine took to Dibella, noticed the Distribution pump pressure gauge as only at 4 Bar - I am sure this was at 8 when I tested and bought home.

Could be this maybe incosistent temp and pour ?

I turned on again this morning to make a quick coffee - pump went upto 8bar then dropped to 2 when I ran a flush. then stayed there hmm thinking this is going back - didnt get my coffee either cranky now

Working...
