Re: Isomac Tea Due - Discussion Thread
Hi Geoff,
Yes the restrictors can be retrofitted. I dont know about the steam performance compared to machines without the cool touch wands.

Re: Isomac Tea Due - Discussion Thread
This looks very interesting. Do you know if the new parts (especially the restrictors) can be retrofitted to the older Mondiales? Cool touch wands would be nice as well - is there any difference in the steam performance with the changed wands?Originally posted by 745B4A7C525F5D557D5F585B3E0 link=1275862805/0#0 date=1275862805and Mondiale Due (with new steam tap, cool touch wands and restrictors) rounding out the range

Isomac Tea Due - Discussion Thread
The Isomac Tea has recently been upgraded with factory fitted restrictors for better temperature stability. The new version is called the Isomac Tea Due and is an update to the offical Australian version. The Tea Due features not available in versions built for other markets include:- 240 Volt compliance !!
- Cool touch steam and water wands
- Better temperature stability
The "Tea Due" is not the same thing as the "Tea II" sold in other markets - including unofficial or "grey" imports here.
The Tea Due is the entry level HX in the Isomac range, with the Millennium Due (also with cool touch wands and restrictors) and Mondiale Due (with new steam tap, cool touch wands and restrictors) rounding out the range.
