Not many people here will have much good experience with these kinds of machines. Youll generally get recommendations of get a good grinder, and combine with a manual brewing method (aeropress for example).

Youll still have to keep supplying cups to the automatic at a party, and as mentioned above, a french press would certainly be much simpler to make coffee for many.

Once you factor in the reduced quality, combined with the massive initial expense, more downtime and maintencance/cleaning issues, you could always just buy a coffee from a drivethrough on the way to work?

How about a great grinder $500+ if you dont already have one and a couple of double walled stainless French presses? The SuperAuto path is fraught with an initially pricey outlay, constant intensive maintenance to keep it reliable and all for OK results if you get it really right. Also, youll still be chained to it for dinner parties to only a slightly lesser extent. Just another option...

    Hi Guys,
I know that Super Automatics are bad and should be banned for life, but I would like one because in the morning I dont feel like standing at the counter half awake making my coffee, also when my friends are around I want to be entertaining and not trying to make coffees for everyone.

Now my question is which one is more quiet and which on is better?

    Thanks
    Anthony
