  • Upgrading What do you think?

It is Tax Time!!!!! and I know that I am getting a great return this year. I have owned a Sunbeam 6910 for 3 years which finally gave up the ghost the other day. I am looking to upgrade and spending about $2000 give or take a bit. What do people think about the E61 Isomac Coffee Machine Millenium Professional. It is $2ooo with freer delivery. My mini wants are a HX unit or dual boiler as I make quiet a few coffees and often have a lot of people around.

I am a fair way from the big smoke ie 8 hr drive to sydney and no real coffee shops for 200km. so it needs to be reasonably easy to maintain.

    Cheers

    Hi Fat,

Does your budget include a grinder? If you currently have the Sunbeam grinder, Id factor in an upgrade.

Some good options are the Breville Dual Boiler or we have some discounted "Diadema Junior Semi-Auto" (typo error corrected for Talk Coffee - Mal.) which will be close to your budget as well.

In my opinion, the Diadema machines are the best finished within our range and are beautifully configured for Aussie conditions. You wont see a cooling flush.

    Cheers

    Chris

Hey fat mac...bet you havent ridden your bike to Wee Waa at all...

Best coffee in the North West out here. You should drop into the bakery and say gday...might even let you drool over the Elektra.

I have only just seen that there is a Snob living close by...
