I just went to the kitchen to make a coffee to find all the gauges fogged up with condensation and immediately smelt a rat (not lit.). And next i found that the water level light was on and i was sure there was plenty of water in it a couple of hours ago. So i refilled her and the element kicked in but it didnt create much pressure before a loud sharp hiss came from inside. Turned off and pulled apart and it seems the valve at the top of the boiler is not doing what its meant to, ie. its not locking under low pressure. Any diarrheas? :
Almost certainly a failed anti-vac tonee if its venting at low pressure.
