I saw one on the net that had a dual pressure gauge (double manometer) and PID. Seems that the dual gauge is an "available on request" item from Bezzera.

I was in Coffee Craft earlier this week and this machine caught my eye. I believe this is the only HX machine available with a PID. I was in too much of a hurry to chat with the knowledgeable staff there about it but is there really a need to PID an HX machine?
Im going to have an "all in" guess and say that this is not a true HX but in fact a single boiler like a Silvia type machine. The e61 is a nice aesthetic addition and the PID from factory a wecome warranty extender. Hope to be proved right or wrong because tyhis is a really interesting machine either way. Great find... Thanks!
Nope,
Its a HX machine which has a group heated by an electrical probe rather than a thermosyphon as in the e-61 group.
Early BZ07 machines tended to run hot and Barazi then updated them with a cooler thermostat to allow for a group temperature of circa 93 deg. As I understand, the BZ07S allows for more temperature control by controlling the current to the probe.
One issue is that the group is somewhat proprietory- even though its 58mm. It uses offest lugs and as a result no common test equipment such as temperature and pressure testing gear will fit.
You might shop this machine against machines like the VBM DOmobar Juniot or Diadema Regal or similar...

The Expobar Minore has a PID.
Hi TG I believe the Minore is a dual boiler (like the Izzo Alex Duetto)not an HX.
