Re: Bezzera Domus - noob questions
Lots of info about water filtration to be found here mate.... http://coffeesnobs.com.au/YaBB.pl?num=1245022813
The "Quick Search" tool above right is a wonderful little helper

Re: Bezzera Domus - noob questions
Congrats on the purchase its a lovely well made machineOriginally posted by 6663667A623F3F380F0 link=1286367725/0#0 date=1286367725Just taken ownership of a Bezzera Domus ( Im finally out of the For Sale forum and into the Pointy End forum Grin Grin) and have a few questions.
Just turn the machine off (end of story)Originally posted by 6663667A623F3F380F0 link=1286367725/0#0 date=1286367725When I shut the machine down for the day should I dump the steam ? If so, should I then leave the steam valve open or should I close it ?
Filtered water is the bestOriginally posted by 6663667A623F3F380F0 link=1286367725/0#0 date=1286367725Should I run the machine on filtered water, or water straight from the tap ? Should I buy an RO unit ?
RO water is to clean and may cause the water level sensor not to operate correctly
