
It is a bit of a steam beast, but coming from the single boiler world (had a Silvia prior to the Zaffiro) it was always going to be an adjustment, my microfoam is not perfect but it's pretty close and getting better, first run out I overdid the milk but I'm starting to get a feel for the speed now, didn't find the angle of the steam holes to be problematic.
Haven't tried the simultaneous shot+steam trick yet, I'm still very much in the linear "pull shot", "steam milk" mindset but I'm sure I'll get there in the end
Not having to re-prime a boiler every time I steam is most definitely an excellent thing.
