I've paired my Lelit PL60 Plus T (basically the same machine as yours) with the Anfim K2-T. The K2 is identical to the ECS Casa and Pasquini K2 grinders.

I think it looks quite good beside the Lelit, and the grinder is good value for money when it comes to the grind and build quality. In my opinion, you don't need to go for the 'T' (timer) version, though. I only use the timer settings for dosing into my french press - never for espresso.

Could go with a Mazzer Mini or Macap M4. Got a Mazzer mini myself and like it alot. Otherwise a cheaper option would be the Compak k3 push

I'm running a Rocky and it's spot on.
I have the doser model so no issues with clumping, etc, and it's a far netter grinder than the old Sunbeam unit i had with my 6910

Welcome antsan and thanks for your kind words and support.

I wish you many happy coffees!

For me the Compak K3P continues to be a bang for buck winner- if you have the space for it...

I wish you many pleasurable coffees. Enjoy!

              My first post, two things...

Firstly, after much searching, viewing of coffee snobs and other websites, asking questions, reviewing of budgets, and the old EM6910 karking it, I eventually decided on a Lelit PL60T v2. Purchased it on Christmas Eve from Neli Coffee and we've already made about 2 dozen coffees over Christmas and Boxing Days. So far I'm extremely impressed, and my coffees are consistently better although I need to get my head around the steam wand and texturing milk better (slowly improving). Purchased a Mazzer Mini as well to make sure the grinding was up to speed (and hopefully will be for a long time). It has even made some of our bigger snobbish friends happy.

Secondly, wanted to do a big thank you to Ed & Janelle at Neli Coffee as they went through and set up the machines for us after they'd closed at midday on Christmas Eve. Although we live over 3 hours west of Brissy, we were really happy with their service, approach and advice. Good beans too!

Keen to hear if any mods people are doing. We're using a different tamp than the plastic original, but that's it. Very much a newbie (outside of a few years of EM6910 experience).

I'd like to second the thanks to Ed and Janelle at Neli Coffee. They were extremely generous with time, explanations, advice - and coffee - when we visited recently to find out more about the Lelit PL60t V2. Needless to say, we couldn't go home without one, and we are absolutely delighted with our purchase. I started playing barista with a Gaggia Classic, graduated to a second-hand Rancilio Sivia a couple of years ago, and now have what I consider to be the perfect machine for us. It is surprisingly compact, heats very quickly, is far easier to use than I'd expected, looks great and was very well priced. Particularly important to us, as we LOVE our cappuccinos, powerful steam is available just a couple of minutes after switching on the steam boiler. That has to be an energy saver? And so far it is coping well with my Sunbeam EM 0480 grinder, so grinder upgradeitis is on hold for now.

I should also pass on thanks to Coffee Snobs. I've visited the web site on numerous occasions since I first looked at Gaggias, and greatly appreciate the help and advice the forum provides.

                  bumping up an old thread.

Is there any chance an anti vac valve can be retrofitted into the Steam boiler? I find it a tad annoying to purge and wait every time.

Since when? Is it possible for machines purchased prior to that to be retrofitted?
