Where can I get an odd-number-of-holes no-burn tip to suit a Quick Mill Vetrano?

(or 4-hole; but I've had bad experiences trying to steam small quantities with a 4-hole.)

I've got a Quickmill Achille and the tips from Izzo fit it - Chris at Talk Coffee sells a set of three tips that has one with three holes.

Four holes is quite manageable for one cup worth of milk if the holes are small (1mm), that's what I found.
