    Hi,

Can anyone help provide a picture of where the reset red button is inside to ensure the boiler can be reactivated after the machine tripped.

    Just can't find it!

    Help would be great.

    cheers

Under the machine is a square plate, hold by 4 screws, if is ant re-set botton will be there. i do not recall be one, Bezzera uses the double probe system so machine always will fill.

    What is the problem?

Pretty sure no such device on my BZ99s (but it is very old).

Typically "trips" when I forget to fill the tank

Edit: My use of "trip" was somewhat tongue in cheek - I'm referring to the low water safety switch (incidentally known as a "trip" in process control).

I dont know of any reset button on BZ99, If machone is tripping the power supply then my advise is the element is either gone or on its way out and that usually leads to tripping unless there is a fault in your power switch on the machine which has been known to trip power.
