Machine and Grinder info

Hi Everyone,

New here. I was gifted this machine and grinder second hand from a friend that hasn't used it in years. Can anyone tell me what i'm dealing with here. I've done a bit of looking around, and it looks like this is a pretty good setup. Am keen to start making my own coffees.

It looks to be a Vibiemme Domobar Junior espresso machine and a Eureka Mignon grinder from what I can see.

Hmmm.. this same setup is for sale on gumtree (same pics!) and has been listed for a while so not sure about the "friend" story
