Texturing milk after moving from Sunbeam 6910 to Expobar Leva
The trick for me is to start with the tip just under the surface.
I wait until I get a good swirl going, then lift it just above the surface to generate some foam.
I drop it straight back under, and that's about it.
I have made a dozen on the trot that have been great.
I needed to keep the tip just above the surface with the 6910, so a whole new technique.
Hahaha!!! Now its proven at i am not the only one in that delema!!
I do fantastic microform with my ex love Breville 800ES. Now with my love of my life Unico Splendor is giving me a crap bubbles, she act like a girl that being so hard to get. Hahaha!!
But still im inlove and will not give up that easy!
When I moved from the Silvia to the Expobar I had the same issue.
In my case, I was trying to do too much and was not letting the wand do it's job.
After a short learning curve, all was well and it is actually a LOT easier to get great texture using the Expobar.
I open the steam fully, position the wand and then I barely move the jug in any direction.
Try dong a small jug without introducing any air into it on purpose and see how you go.
Brett.
