Brew pressure high - ECM Technika IV Profi

It's plumbed in - tap pressure is showing just under 4 bar

When water flows through brew head, pressure is at 10 bar like in the video

If I put a blind filter on to block it, it goes up to 11 bar

1) Is it a good idea to set the pressure lower?
2) How would I do this on the ECM rotary? The manual isn't helpful

Leave it alone unless you have confirmation of abnormal pressure from a Scace device.

The system pressure gauge is not connected to the group so 10Bar is an entirely normal reading.

and does the water flow look abnormally low to you? It seems low - I used to own a Rocket Giotto and from memory the giotto's flow is slightly slightly more than this - but could be my imagination
