    and does the water flow look abnormally low to you? It seems low - I used to own a Rocket Giotto and from memory the giotto's flow is slightly slightly more than this - but could be my imagination

    It's plumbed in - tap pressure is showing just under 4 bar

    When water flows through brew head, pressure is at 10 bar like in the video

    If I put a blind filter on to block it, it goes up to 11 bar

    1) Is it a good idea to set the pressure lower?
    2) How would I do this on the ECM rotary? The manual isn't helpful
