The biggest difference is the Vibiemme has a big boiler (2.7L) and a large water tank (4L) which is handy if you will be preparing lots of milk-based drinks at a time. You could probably steam a 1L jug of milk, something you couldn't do on the Lelit with a 1.5L boiler.
The Lelit should easily be able to make two milk-based coffees at a time but will recover quickly so you won't have to wait long to make more. Another difference is size . The Lelit is more compact which is good if you are short on space. There will be little difference if any in the quality of coffee produced.

Help! VBM Super 2nd hand or Lelit Mara PL62S or something else ...
Hi there,
I am looking to get my first HX machine. I have just purchased a Macap M2M grinder.
I have seen a few listings for second hand Vibiemme Domobar Super Lever machines around the 5 to 8 year old mark.
However, I can purchase the Lelit Mara PL62S for around the same amount new.
What should I be considering of those two? Is there anything else, at around the $2000AUS/NZD price point I should be considering?Tags: None
