I recently saw sticky blue Cafelat seals in a commercial machine. I put them in 3 months ago. Swapped them out as per the baristas request even though they were still soft and sealing well.
I still have them and when i remember I'll soak them in Cafetto to see if it's just coffee oils doing it or a degradation of the seal.
