First things first, if the boiler isn’t heating, check that it isn’t something simple like the high temperature reset, ground faults and also check that the machine is infact sending power to the boiler. If everything is in check but the boiler still isn’t heating, it may be that the thermal fuse inside the boiler has blown - this fuse seems to be temperamental, and the fix is simply to bypass the fuse.
If you need to bypass the fuse, it’s a matter of pulling out these wires (if you can) or disconnecting them. Make sure you remove the wires on the fuse side and not the wires on the element power side. Picture attached to provide some context.
inhave intentionally refrained from providing too much information because you need to know what your doing. I was very lucky to have the supplier guide me through this. If it goes wrong you may end needing a new boiler or worse destroying something else.
