Hi all,
I am struggling to get consistent, good quality shots. I am operating with a mini mazz, vbm domobar super lever with coffeelabs tamper.
When i pull a shot it seems to take a few seconds to start (which is good) but after about 10 seconds it really starts to gush out. Having inspected my pucks I think I have a channelling problem.
I have tried being very consistent with dosing and tamping.
I suspect that maybe i am tamping too hard or have ground too fine and the water is struggling to get through the puck - causing the channelling.
Does anybody have any suggestions to fix this.
thanks - andy
