I've had my P500 for around a year. I mostly enjoy it. One thing that grinds my gears is that the machine often wants to fill the boiler whilst steaming milk. I know this is because the level of water in the boiler has dropped to a point that it decides to refill, but I still have plenty of steam pressure, often around 1 bar of pressure. Of course, the influx of cool water destroys the steam dryness and texture milk poorly. I've tried encouraging the boiler to refill before I get to steaming milk, which has mixed results. It sometimes really want to lose a fair bit of water before it fills. So I'm not happy with that as a workaround. Just wondering if there is anyway to prevent the boiler filling during steaming? Or is this something I just have to live with when using a Hx?
