From the info on the manufacturer's label, I found a few references to your machine including a couple of places to download Manuals.
    Might be helpful...

Update: so i measured the power plug and i saw that the "L1" the positive cable( don't know the English term) has the resistance of 0 ohm and the blue wire ( negative cable) 22ohm, so somewhere there is a short circuit being made with the earth leaker

3250W @ 240v is 13.5A draw. So the supply would need to be at least 15A
Where are you located? might give us a hint on type of plugs and sockets you use.
Is there any measurement between earth and active (L1) and or Neutral (blue wire)? of the cable if it is un plugged both ends?

so i didnt read my multimeter properly. so the L1 has a value of ''0L' so the resistance is infinite the blue wire also has a value of '0L'. thus the incoming electricity of the switch of the machine is working fine. I also disconnected everything from our machine, the result was that out circuit got tripped.... so the possible issues that i eliminated are:
            Motherboard
            Heater elements
            The pump
            The sensors

the only thing that i didnt measure is the output of the power switch of the machine. that's the only issue i can think of. i also checked the powerplug for a possible short circuit, but the powerplug also works fine.

I live in the Netherlands (europe)

I think it's probably about time to give consideration to employing the skills of a qualified electrician/technician to sort out the problems with your machine. We are going around in circles a bit now whereas a qualified person would be able to pinpoint the issue and have it well on the way to being repaired in a matter of hours.
