Hi
I have always steamed my milk while the shot is pouring
assuming that each one was independent of each other.
I trialed pouring the shot after steaming the milk and found
that the pressure was a few bars higher.
Should I be doing each process separately to get the best result
or are these machines made to do both at the same time?
