I see there is a bit of action still happening with this machine. Just saw this review.

Yeah but there is no mention of the failed KS campaign anywhere - its as if it never happened and no info about what they are doing now. Thus it appears as if the project is either dead or "on ice". KS ended almost a year ago, so they've had plenty of time to update a few HTML pages.

Pretty sure I saw on Instagram, they are having another go.

Hi, My Kickstarter app and the links given in a few websites only take me to a previous KS campaign that failed to reach its target. I also can't see a link on the Kafmasino website. ??? Could someone please post a currently working link? Thanks

We have been doing some testing with advanced profiles, using different grind and beans.
Here is a video of a shot ?
The provider of the machine is Corrima, CRM3007. We have used this machine because of the quality of the components and the space it offers to incorporate our own.Originally posted by steve7 View PostLooks interesting. What machine/model is it based on? That is - the machine that you start with. I’m interested in the maker/quality of the pump and heater block
Where is the temperature sensor placed? Is it in the heater block or in the basket? Same for the pressure sensor. Where is that located?
Will the controls be able to be transferred to another “donor” machine?
For example, the thermoblock(1400W) we use is used by brands such as Jura. The boiler has a capacity of 550ml, is made of stainless steel and is just above the headgroup (so the thermal stability is very good).
We are using a Ulka pump (ep5/ex5), the temperature sensor is in the boiler, touching directly the water and the pressure sensor we have it in the boiler.
Controls are directly integrated into the motherboard, it would be complicated but not impossible to transfer
We want to give users a reliable advanced machine at an affordable price.
