First Time Poster here.
I like to think that the tools an artisan uses, in some way, communicate with the artiste in the artisan. Sadly, my Bezzera BZ 35 has no voice nor means of communication required to tell me -"The Creator of Cracking Crema" - whether she is under pressure, on pressure or over pressure.
Me and my machine talked this over and she tells me she wants gauges. A bit like her Big Brother BZ40.
So here I am, wondering if this is
a) A good idea
b) A do-able idea
c) A You-hurt-me-and-I will-dump-junk-in-your-java kind of idea.
Any thoughts and/or advice and tips will be grindfully accepted.
