    At the moment trying boiler temp pid 121-122c which is brew temp around 93-94c for this medium roast from 23degrees roaster they said 21.5grams 49grams out.

    I just got a new machine a Technika V profi PID i installed the flow control but not the thermometer still playing around with it.

    I have a thermometer on my ECM Mechanika V Slim. It is a great, I pull a precise cooling shot at hit the perfect temp zone to pull shots. I run the brew pressure to 4 bar and let the puck preinfuse then pull the shot, letting it run out with the lever in the intermediate position. Works very well.
