Some updates. Screen show ERROR but after a few unplug/plug it goes away. Or sometimes it works fine with the ERROR msg on screen. Brewing is fine, steam and hot water are fine
it does look way too complicated at the back though. All those wiring and LCD panels and buttons.
I’ve been testing it for the last few days and the ERROR hasn’t come back yet ?

The pressure gauge is only useful if you modify the machine with an over pressure valve. It'll just run at the maximum output pressure using solely puck resistance otherwise.
Check all your thermocoil sensor wires including the group head sensors. Maybe something has been damaged/loosened when you were in there, as you know it's fairly invasive work.
If you check everything and it's all intact but you still have an error, that's basically it. There was no service information released by Sunbeam about these machines beyond exploded views and parts lists. It's a rebranded WPM KD-310, you might have some luck searching for that as the manufacturer might have some service information.

Bah!!! After testing everything ok. I put all the screws back. Went to sleep and this morning it gave me an ERROR on the screen. Would not have any clue with this especially when everything was working fine just now ? Aggrr

Sunbeam Torino Pressure gauge
Hi All
i just got donated a Torino with broken gauge. Thought it was an easy job (thinking of an Isomac).
Only after open the machine then I realised it is almost impossible ?
After reading (almost) all materials on the forum about the machine. I managed to change the gauge without having to completely taken it apart.
However after changing the new gauge is not showing any pressure at all. Although everything else seems to work. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Can the pipe be blocked? Do I need to now remove the group head to clean it?
Thank you in advance!!!
Cheers. Tony
