Having a issue with the connection on the top boiler pipe where it connects to the back of the group. No matter what I've done it still leaks. Its a constant slow drip.
I've refreshed the surface of the ball tip on the pipe and the inverted area on the back of the group. I replaced the tube nut so the tip has been annealed and isnt the solder. I can clearly see a ring where the surfaces have been meeting like a bright washer on the ball tip.
It all looks good but no matter how many times I have tried it leaks the same. Looking for ideas or something to use like a gasket. Being under pressure and heat I figured an o ring or similar wouldn't suffice.
Any help would be greatly appreciated already been 5 days without a coffee machine and its starting to hurt.
