Planning on buying a whole new pipe. Can't see anyone stocking the ends and the pipe has tight curves I couldn't replicate without the right equipment. Was going to make one but cant find the right nuts and ends and couldn't get the pipe right. Looks like it will be at least a couple weeks to get the pipe and would like not to be without for that long. Is still only one end of the pipe that's an issue and not sure if it's the pipe or the group side of the connection. Im not the first owner and I've had it a few years and the guy before about 9. No idea what had happened in his time with it or if he had worked on it.

With espresso change one thing at a time.
Tech in this case can be similar.

Braze a new Olive on the pipe. likely worn, out of spec/ size/crushed etc.
In fact Id build a whole new pipe, once this work around shows it fixes the prob.

Have you inspected the brazing behind the tip? Often when over tightening those fittings you can either break/crack the brazing solder or the actual brass fitting behind the nozzle. I have even seen cracked nuts which leak also.

The pipes including the brass fittings are hard to source, last time this happened on a machine I was fixing I bought some brazing solder and a MAPP torch.

If you have an access oxy setup or a high temp torch and it is a leak behind the knub in the solder you could try heating and reflowing.

Is a Vibiemme domobar junior. Leak is where it connects at the back of the group. All connections at the boiler are good. All others undo and do up repeatedly no worries but this one just wont seal

    HELP boiler/group pipe leaking

Having a issue with the connection on the top boiler pipe where it connects to the back of the group. No matter what I've done it still leaks. Its a constant slow drip.
I've refreshed the surface of the ball tip on the pipe and the inverted area on the back of the group. I replaced the tube nut so the tip has been annealed and isnt the solder. I can clearly see a ring where the surfaces have been meeting like a bright washer on the ball tip.

It all looks good but no matter how many times I have tried it leaks the same. Looking for ideas or something to use like a gasket. Being under pressure and heat I figured an o ring or similar wouldn't suffice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated already been 5 days without a coffee machine and its starting to hurt.
