Hi all,
I am a newbie about both coffee machine and grinder. (Sunbeam em 6910 & 480)
Just got the grinder for second hand and start to use it with my stove top mocha at this moment before I received my machine.
Before use it I just skip the manual and clean it, because its second hand one.
I rinse the burr quickly and dry it with towel. and mop the other stuff with clean water.
However, when I watch the youtube about more info about both expresso machine and grinder, I hear the speaker said you can not let the burr contact with water, otherwise it will be ...damaged (or some meaning like that)
Its that ture??
I know it should not be wash all the time, but even once will break it??
I am pretty worried about my grinder now.
I hope I did not break it even before I use it.
Any one can let me know if its true or not??
Cheers
Colin
