  • EM0450 issues

    Hi all

Come back home after being away and go to make myself a decent home espresso. What I have found is that the grinder is no longer grinding fine enough, the shot is all over after about 5 seconds. Wasnt that long ago I was getting it into the 30 sec/30mL mark we all aspire to.

I remember reading a long time ago about adjusting the Sunbeam 450/480 grinders to counter wear and tear. Did a search and couldnt drag the info up again. Can anyone help me?

Make sure you select a time period greater than a week... Try a few months or greater..

Note: The EM0480 and EM0450 are in essence the same and suffer the same issue. A washer may be required..

Please give it a clean and use FRESH beans before doing and adjustments...
