Good luck tysson. Many reports suggests that this model does not grind fine enough out of the box for good espresso. Try it out and see how you go. Plenty of information on the modification here or elsehwhere if needed. Have even seen YouTube videos showing you how to do it.

Hi tysson. I think most would agree that the best (and maybe only) option for you is the Sunbeam EM0450. The EM0480 is ~$220 and looks a bit more fancy but has the same internals.
Other than that, all I could recommend is keeping an eye out for a well cared for second hand grinder. I believe the above is your only option if you definitely want new.
