Hi CSs,
Im awaiting the arrival of a well loved Giotto premium from dirty old ebay (the owner knows very little of its age , use and possibly just how good this unit could be).
The problem is this, I blew my budget on the machine itself ( i was capped @ $1K and went well beyond!)
I fear (well, i know) my Breville grinder will not cut the mustard to do the unit justice.
Most threads regale the Macap & Mazzer, but I dont think i can stretch to that.
Is anyone using a thriftier grinder or got a second hander they need to get rid of, or do i just need to put the Giotto on ice til i can fund a quality grinder?
Look forward to your responses.
