I have recently started having trouble with the grinder in my Nemox Dell Opera. Or at least I think its a problem.
I used to have it set to about 3 (I realise not all grinders are set to the same number but are a guide) and it used to give me good/reasonable pours. This was with fresh beans (bought from site sponsor Dibella or my home roasted beans). Recently my pours have become very fast and I have had to fine up the grind to get a good pour (trying to keep the dose/tamp the same).
I have had to drop it down to the number 1 (finest) recently and the pours are still to fast. I am still tamping with the same method and pressure as before.
I have since grinded using my Kyroca Hand grinder and have choked the machine on 4 occasions, each time stepping out a notch on the grinder.
Not sure what to do or how to fix this. Is this a problem that the grinder cant choke the machine on almost the finest setting?
Any advice or recommendations welcomed.
