I am totally new to the maze of buying green, roasting and grinding coffee yourself. Today I picked up my "starter pack" and this afternoon watched in amazement as my old "crazy popper" converted green "peru ceja de selva estate" into roasted beans.
I only have a Vev Vigano moka pot at this stage (baby steps right?), but...wait for it... I dont have a grinder :-[ (did I mention I was a newby). Short of using my Thermomix food processor to grind the beans, Im not really sure where to start. Any tips for brands of grinders, grind levels etc for use in a moka pot?
