Thanks for the reply. Grinder is definitely a Mazzer. It has the blue label under the machine marked "Mazzer Luigi" with the voltage/wattage etc. I have also checked www.mazzer.com. There is an image of the same grinder but complete on their website. It is known as a "B_50s" Model. I have also contacted Mazzer via email hoping they can provide me with the dosing mechanism or one which is equivalent. Hopper should not be too difficult to find...Glass would be great, but plastic will do.
Hi Guys, very new to this, so excuse any protocols which I may not be familiar with.
I have a 1950s Mazzer Grinder (see attachment). It is a real beauty and was given to me to match my Faema Marte machine which I have in my kitchen.
However, the grinder does not have the doser nor the Mazzer name plate on the back of the unit. Does anyone know whether it is possible to find a replacement or whether there is any other way (say a Mazzer funnel) to make the grinder operational?
