Hi,
Wondering what setting to use on my Rocky for:
A) La Pavoni Professional Lever
B) Plunger coffee (for dinner party tonight)
Obviously the first point will need to be answered by other Rocky/La Pavoni owners, but the second is more general. Had a lot of fun experimenting all afternoon with the La Pavoni and the Rocky - I reckon about 6 is perfect.
Plunger coffee should be a bit more coarse?

P.S. Am I not supposed to store my coffee in the top section? I read a review that said only store a few days worth of beans in the top section. Do people on this forum store their beans in the top section, or only put the required amount in each morning?

- or at least that is where the burrs kiss together. Very happy with the grinder. Ive found that about 9 is actually the best place to be for the La Pavoni (on this Grinders house bean at least).
