  • Boema Grinder - Any good?

Hey guys, i have come across a Boema grinder fairly similar to this one for sale on ebay.

    http://www.boema.com.au/Default.aspx?TabID=703&TabIDOrig=842&ProductID=889 &categoryid=3&langID=0&CurrPage=1&Search=&SearchCu rrPage=1&cs=0&tmpModID=-1

Found a review on coffee Geek
          http://coffeegeek.com/proreviews/detailed/mazzermini/comparisons

It was put up against the mazzer mini, which beat it on pretty much every comparison apart from speed.

might have to forget it and keep searching for a cheap mini..

i agree with the bit about static mine sticks to the walls of the doser. I am planning to remove the doser and making a simple rocky style tube.

i cant comment on the rest as i dont have a mazzer or have used mine much.

Re: Boema Grinder - Any good?

It does look like a Rossi and I think the first link is a conical one.
My old one has a straight sided hopper but I think you can distinguish between flat burr and conical on the newer models by the hoppers.
The conicals have conical hoppers and the flat burred ones have straight sided hoppers.
