Titanium burrs over overkill for home so my next may be the standard MXD. It's a Super Jolly beater priced not much higher than a Mazzer Mini E . Bargain.

Must say I'm sorely tempted to upgrade to a macap M4 especially given the current sale by a site sponsor. Just don't think I can justify it after getting my Vario working again. I know what I'll be getting when it dies again.

They're both awesome grinders. The Macap's fine adjustment is what wins it for me. It lets me accurately change grind setting back and forth when toggling between 2 beans. I just couldn't get the right with the Mazzer.

Me too...We are selling just as many black as chrome these days.

The M7D is also now available in black.

I have just changed from a Mazzer Mini E back to a Macap M4D. It's good to be back with Macap. The biggest plus is the winding grind adjustment mechanism. It's so accurate compared to the Mazzer. Also, grind speed is so much quicker. Back step but back to the best.

    Hi Sam

Ive been using an M2M for a while now and love it. its compact and stylish (I have the chrome version) but most of all it does the job. The steps are very small and I don't have an issue with dialing in grind fineness. I also don't have an issue with clumps with the beans I've used to date.

Macap are a little cheaper that Mazzers and quality is just as good. Sometimes better. My 2c worth.
