  • Need help modifying Granmacinino

I received a barely used isomac granmacinino grinder off a relative recently. I currently have it set to the finest grind possible and its still not fine enough for my machine (la pavoni lever).
After looking around, i've found it is possible to make an adjustment to the grub screw? (correct me if im wrong).. however, i dont even know how to take off the hopper.. (bit of a noob with this stuff). The only screw i can see to remove is a hex bolt holding down the burrs.
Is this something i should leave to a professional?
Any advice would be appreciated on going about this.

Ive seen others post with a similar problem - that it doesn't grind fine enough.
