em 480 bottom burr

Hi everyone, out of curiosity all those with the above grinder can you give me an idea of the freeplay in the bottom burr.
I cleaned mine out the other day and had never noticed before, but there seems to be a fair bit of play in mine (sideways movement) and are wondering if yours is the same.

Shouldn't be much sideways movement; mine is barely noticeable.

Does it grind OK? If not, did you get the little lug on the base of the burr into the hole it is meant to go in?

Seems to grind fine though of late have noticed it needs a lot more fiddling getting the grind right. Have never had it apart eg. bottom burr out maybe a play around is on the cards.

Pulled him apart the movement is coming from the shaft. So put him back together and leave him alone i think.
On a side note geez there was some grinds left in there in after a good blow with the compressor, think i will be pulling the cover off more often.
