It would be better if you said what other equipment you have for making coffee and how much you want to spend on a grinder. -

The answer probably lies somewhere between small hand grinder at $50 and a high end industrial grinder at $tens of thousands.
Without a brief, no value whatsoever in speculation as to what might be of use.Comment

In view of other thread where the OP is asking about selling a 5 kg roaster and buying a 10 kg, I would say that nothing short of a floor standing PETRONCINI MAIN grinder with 150 mm (6" in old money) grinding plates will be of use. Excellent grinder....I wouldnt part with mine.
Or...for the bench, a DITTING KR804 is awesome.Comment
