  • Upgrade from Smart Grinder BCG820 to Mazzer Mini

    Worth the upgrade?

    Considering I am using a Breville BES920.

Thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated!

Mazzer mini-e or manual? Why not a Macap M4 or M4D?

It would be my choice.... hands down. Faster, better, bigger, brighter kinda thing.

After seeing some comparison videos from seattlecoffeegear, I like the macap heaps more! I'm going for the manuals, save me a few dollars. Thanks c-dawg!!

Good choice. NB though that the M4D is quicker than a SJ-E. The M4 is equivalent in speed to the Mazzer mini manual et al. All great grinders though. Enjoy!

Any idea why Macap use different burrs between the M4D and the Doser version ?
Other than grind speed, what pro's / con's might there be ?
