Hi Snobery,
Every now and then, seems to be monthly I get this feeling the flavour of the daily cup is heading south. I wonder about group head cleanliness and the grind and then remember about the "cleanliness" of the grind head!! Then as I get into that I remember that there is a fitment issue with the top burr and the top burr holder, as in a gap between the burr and the holder on the inside. There is also a similar issue with the lower burr and holder, however this is not a bad.
My question is, has there been a mod where these gap(s) are taken up by shim material or the like or is the gap needed in the function or the grinder?
