One for medium single origins "of the day". One for dark roasts. One for decaf. One for Plunger / Turkish / Drip / Pourover / whatever grinds later if you feel the need to tinker and cannot be fagged getting it back to espresso (give the 15+g lag of wasted beans).
Doesn't sound like too many grinders to me.
