Hi all. I just roasted Indian Peaberry and its a nice drop. I did a dark roast, and a just into second crack lighter roast with the popper. The trouble is that with both roasts on the finest setting I am getting 12-15 second pours - no nice rat tailing to start off just straigh into it! I am dosing to the absolute maximum and doing gorilla tamps but to no avail. The brew pressure metre tells the same story with the metre being well under were my best extraction is with the 6910.
When I first zerod the Rocky ages ago, I followed the book. My Rocky dial is now at -1 and hard up against the screw stop. I usually run the rocky at an indicated 1-2 so it has always been close to the stop. Before I pull it apart has anyone got any answers to how to set up the Rocky to give me a few more finer grind settings?
Thanks very much .
Cheers
