So I pushed the button on this Mazzer ZM, and honestly, I'm amazed it's not being talked about more. Pretty much every other grinder I see requires modifications or sweeping and brushing and all kinds of stuff to get all the leftovers out. This thing is on, off, done. 0g retention.

Yeah so apparently the one in the original post (the one without the digital display) has been around for a while. Strange there doesn't seem to be any info on the older model, or any reviews etc. I would have expected this to be a popular grinder. Personally I would single-dose this with the same beans mostly, so the digital timer and burr alignment wouldn't be a necessity. Ie the 'older' one would most certainly suit.

Resurrecting this; curious that it seems these have been available but not much chatter about them. Surely an EK43 rival is something worth considering.

I'm also curious about the one Dipacci has for sale which appears to be this older model (not the digital version I've mainly seen due this year?). At under $3k, seems decent.

This one could be in the brass section of any Oompah Oktoberfest band.

I know! That can't be right ... unless it does sausage too. And your laundry. Takes the dog for a walk...

No scale. But 83 mm burrs and supposedly competition for the EK43. Same size better prize...

I like it! Mazzer has dug into the spare parts bin; that's great. Integrated scale?
