I am looking at buying a new grinder with electric doser for home use.
I have a Breville BES920 Dual Boiler machine.
I primarily drink light - light/medium roasted beans and occasionally cross over to the dark side.
I have been re-searching the grinders thread for days now leading up-to my purchase but just can't enough info on the second 2 machines.
My 3 narrowed down choices are:
- Mazzer Mini e (you all know it and trust it but its the most expensive)
- Quamar Q50e (cheaper then the MM but not too much information about build quality / noise / accuracy of the doser electronics)
- Boema Zenith Club E (Eureka 60E - Same situation as the Quamar, not enough info)
I don't want to start a bitchy comparison thread, I am hoping only to get some light shed from personal experiences on the second 2 machines only. I believe at this price these 3 machines will produce an almost identical grind. So simply noise / cleanliness and build quality are my 3 main comparisons.
Hopefully tomorrow I will get my first hands on with the Quamar but I have never seen the Boema unit and don't know anyone who would have one in stock in Brisbane.
Thanks in advance guys.
