Well technically no, they would last for forever + infinity X 1,000,000,000 years. Please note this is just my estimation, if you buy the burrs on my say so and they are not still functioning as at the end of this time period my liability is limited to a complementary condolence beer...... Hmmm...

The diamond Styli of the various cartridges used for playing my Vinyl Records only last about 1200-1500 Hrs before they need to be replaced, and Vinyl is way softer than the average coffee bean...

Whoops, think we did this once before, had a conversation re transferring vinyl to HD, I finished up putting it into the too hard box.

Now back to the Kafatek, sorry people.

Yep, I'm in for one of the conicals, which are disappearing much faster than the more expensive flats. The conicals will be gone in a few hours, and flats, not long after.

I genuinely think all the hype about this grinder is true. A real game-changer in so many ways, albeit expensive, especially for Australian buyers. Anyway, I put my money where my mouth is.

If anyone has any questions i own both the flat and the conical - i will say - there is no hype these are damn great grinders if you single dose. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Apologies if it was asked before but how's the flat's grind for brew?

put it this way-i'm about to sell my ditting 804 (with machined burrs) as i don't use it anymore. Switching between different grind types is effortless and the retention is practically negligible
