  • Macap M4D Cleaning Problems.

Hi, this might seem like a beginner problem, but I can't get the Hopper off/out!
I've removed the retaining screw on the side of it, but its still completely stuck.
I can even lift the whole Grinder with it.

    Any tips etc happily welcomed!
    Thank you.

it's a tight fit. Make sure you have the side screw fully out then give it a few bumps with your hand and try to twist it.

Try drizzling a small amount of dishwashing detergent at the base of the hopper where it sits in collar and then gently rotate hopper
      Good luck

I've taken out the screw and lifted the whole grinder with the hopper in my hand shaking is, fast, slowly, and then also taken the whole grinder in my lap and with force tried to rotate it. Since I can see where the hole in the hopper matches the hole in the ring, I can also see that it had not moved at all. I've afraid if I use more force, I'll destroy the hopper.
